"My name is Jo. I am a freelance food writer, recipe developer and tester, social media consultant, professional blogger and a cake eater/wine drinker! I enjoy making and eating simple and easy food that fits into a busy lifestyle. I like eating out (when I can get a babysitter!) and trying to improve my photography skills.
